I think I am busy...
Morning 6 am, dad woke me up cos i am supposed to go for some competition this morning. far far away at the western side of the island... original intention was to wake up early to take the train. but then body ruled over mind again... and intentions remained as intentions. went back to sleep for another an hour, so had to benefit the cabs.Competition was quite fun, at least i hit the target board a decent number of times and i did improve vastly from my previous attempt. Thought my fingers would be yelling after the first 5 rounds, but it seems that they are in a rather cooperative mood today... My apologies to anali for having to take the bus alone in...
Afternoon marks an enjoyable lunch with anali and barbara... i am truly apologetic to barbara for not being able to go to her house despite her earnest invitations . When i have stuff weighing on my mind, i don't have the mood to have fun... just need to go home to complete them... sorry...
Evening calls for celebration... went for gil's birthday party. We had a pretty interesting prelude... Fang picked me up from home and we went on to Hougang to pick hh, then we drove to Sengkang to get Jieying. Long trip... not to mention the numerous U turns that we made in the process. During which i realised that i was not appropriately attired for the occasion cos the host calls for all to be dressed in pink. Fang, being a nice person, sent me home for that, so we turned back and hit home. Haha... nice exploration of the northern and central part of the island...
Gil's party was pink... really pink.... almost everyone was fitted in pink apparels... in various shades and cuttings. Think her family members are really supportive. Can't get my uncles to wear a pink t shirt even if i buy the shirts for them. Or maybe i can.... haha... just a thought. I am sure in their wardrobe... pink is the colour that is lacking... I am very impressed with her party... she even had a mascot...
Quite a packed day... no time really to rest... maybe i should sleep early tonight....
